Miyata TripleCross touring bike 55cm frame 700c wheels

This is a TIG welded, made in Taiwan version of the classic Miyata TripleCross hybrid. 55cm frame and blue paint is all original. 

We updated it with fresh cable and housing, chain and freewheel, and a tune up of all systems. 

Shimano M315 trigger shifters in a 3x7 configuration preserves the original drivetrain. Low gear when you need it, high enough gear for comfortable not speedy scooting. 

700c wheels and normally spaced canti studs allowed us to upgrade the brakes and levers to modern Tektro V stoppers.

I love these Postino handlebars from Velo Orange. They come in handy for older bikes that need something more than a plain old flat steel handlebar.
