Miyata three ten road bike 55cm custom refurbished

Rebuilt with a lot of modern parts! Road triple 3x9 drivetrain. Shimano 105 derailleurs! Much better 700c wheelset with double wall rims and cassette hub. Soma sparrow handlebars. Bontrager tires 700c x 32mm width.  

The Miyata Three Ten triple butted frameset is from the Golden Era of Made in Japan quality materials and fabrication. The chromoly steel tubing is a story of its own: triple butted and splined made in house at their own steel manufactory. They leveraged their experience and history as a rifle barrel maker for exceptionally crafted tubing. The short point lugs and were also made in house. This Three Ten frame and fork is the "sport tour" level, so the rear stays are chromoly steel, with hi-ten fork blades for cost savings.
