Schwinn Debbie step thru cruiser bike vintage patina custom refurbished
Schwinn Debbie step thru cruiser bike vintage patina custom refurbished
Debbie left the Schwinn Factory in Chicago in July 1961, and made their way to a Portland garage. After a few jaunts around Woodstock park, she was largely forgotten and hasn't been ridden in decades. I claimed her at an estate sale. I paid too much, but how could I resist such a super cute step through cruiser?
New tires and tubes, fresh grease in the heasdset, crank bearings and the rear hub is overhauled. The original pedals were falling apart so those got replaced, along with the rusted to all heck chain. She's hooked up with a fancy KMC Rustbuster chain! Debbie is all rehabbed and read to go, like the elder cat at the shelter.
